Message dated and received January 18 was read, stating the Twenty-                                 
second Alaska State Legislature, acting in Joint Session, voted to                                  
override the previous veto of:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
                    CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 103                                          
                  "An Act relating to election campaigns and                                       
          legislative ethics."                                                                      
                                                                                                    
Therefore the following chapter number has been assigned and the                                    
engrossed and enrolled copies will be transmitted to the Lieutenant                                 
Governor's Office for permanent filing:
